It’s been a while since our last blog post, and during all this time, we’ve learned one powerful truth: creating something meaningful requires not just effort, but consistency. You have to keep pushing forward, even when things don’t feel right, or when it seems like everything is going to fail.

Game development is rough. Sometimes you look back and realize you’ve spent weeks trying to fix something that still doesn’t feel good enough, that part is really tough. But the reward of finally seeing your idea come to life, polished and functional, is a feeling that’s hard to match.Still, finishing the game is only the beginning. Publishing it, marketing it, and making sure it doesn’t just disappear into the void of a digital store is the real challenge.

We’re excited to share that we’ve finished writing the full Game Design Document (GDD) for our next big project! Development is set to begin later this year, and our goal is to have a fully playable beta version within 3 months of starting production. We spent several months refining the idea, and we believe we’ve come up with something quite unique something that might stand out from the usual crowd. While we’re not revealing the concept just yet, we can say this: even if the theme isn’t our usual style, we believe exploring new genres and styles is key to learning and creating even bigger things in the future.

This new game will be a big step forward for us more complex mechanics, deeper systems, and a much larger scope than Evacuation 5. We’ll share more details soon, but for now, we're sharpening our skills and pouring our energy into bringing "Dead Journey ;)" to life. Time will tell if our efforts will be enough.

But wait... what is DEEPEST LEGENDS?

In the meantime, we also created a small experimental minigame just for fun!

This wasn’t meant to be a serious project, but a way for us to explore new tools, especially Python and how AI can assist with quick prototyping (for both assets and code). In less than a week, we built Deepest Legends, a tiny RPG-Adventure that mixes fast-paced battles with light inventory management. It’s short, chaotic, and kinda fun and you can try it now!

Just a heads up: this was purely an experiment, so bugs and weirdness are part of the package but we promise a fun little ride!

We would love it if you tried it out and shared your feedback. It will help us improve future projects and keep evolving as developers.

Thanks for joining us on this journey. we’re just getting started. Until next time!
